9:30 am Participate in the Mass of Nations
11:45 am Opening Ceremony participation for America's Independence Day Parade
12:00 pm Enjoy a box lunch provided by the parade
5:00 pm Attend A Capitol Fourth, on the United States Capitol Lawn, including the National Symphony Orchestra and guest artists, followed by a grand fireworks display

10:30 am Rehearse for the Prayer for Peace at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial
12:00 pm Participate in the Prayer for Peace at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Afternoon free for sightseeing
7:30 pm Participate in or attend the Evening Gala Concert
SATURDAY, JULY 6, 2013
12:00 pm Arrive at the Basilica of the National Shrine and enjoy a box lunch
1:00 pm Begin multiple rehearsals for the Closing Mass
5:15 pm Concluding Mass and Ceremony at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, celebrated by Cardinal Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington
7:00 pm Attend a dinner and farewell party at the National Building Museum
