The solemn Mass Service to end the Congress was a culmination of our artistic and spirituals experiences. The Congress was officially closed by the President of FIPC. In the end, the President of FIPC say:
Terminamos el Congreso Internacional de Pueri Cantores. Guiados por el Arzobispo de Granada, hemos rezado en esta Basílica por la paz en todo el mundo. Gracias Señor Arzobispo. Estamos muy contentos de que Usted haya guiado nuestro Congreso. I woud like to thank everybody who contributed to this Congress:
- The Spanish Federation of Pueri Cantores with the whole Staff around Jose Martinez
- All the voluntears
- Robert Michaels, V-ce. President od the FIPC who composed the hymn of this Congress and prepared our Music Book
- All the musicians of our orchestra and Oliver Sperling, head of our Music Committee who conducted this orchestra and our big choir
- Collin Mowby for compositions
Thus, we are taking from this sacred place the hope so as to bring Christian joy to our present world. We want to follow the example of our Patron Saint Dominic Savio, We want to become holy and to act like ones with God’s daily joy. May we care more for our spiritual development and wherever we are let us be the guardians of beauty in music.
Retournons à nos maisons pleins de joie et d’espérance ! Nous sommes les messagers de Dieu qui veut, qu’à travers la musique, nous soyons les évangélisateurs du monde entier. Retournons à nos maisons avec cette conviction et avec cette mission. Rassemblés dans l’unité, proclamons cette unité au monde entier. Soyons les messagers de l’unité de l’Eglise et de toute l’humanité. Dieu vit en nous et nous sommes ses témoins.
