Lleida successfully hosted the National Congress of the Catalan Federation of Pueri Cantores. Choirs from across Catalonia gathered in the capital of the Segre region to share a weekend of music, fellowship, and body percussion workshops. The highlight and conclusion of the gathering came during the solemn Mass at Lleida Cathedral, where all participating choirs united their voices to enhance the liturgical celebration. Their joint performance showcased the coordinated work of the different conductors and the vocal excellence of the ensembles within an exceptional architectural setting.

The Pueri Cantores France National Choir gathered for its summer tour, this time at the Priory of Ardevon, a magnificent setting overlooking Mont Saint-Michel! For a week, the young singers rehearsed diligently to prepare for the concerts and Masses that marked the week: Mass at La Lucerne, where the young singers were reunited with the chaplain of Pueri Cantores, Father Guillaume Antoine, followed by a concert at the Prieuré d’Ardevon, and two more successful concerts in Cancale, and in Saint-Malo.

One year after the Congress in Munich the “Arautos do Grande Rei" paid back the hospitality of the German “Junger Chor Fautenbach” and hosted the choir for a week in Xaxim, Santa Catarina, under the motto "Voices without boarders". Many events were held to celebrate this wonderful bond between two choirs, two countries, two cultures. A solemn Mass at the local Church, a full big concert, as well as typical southern Brazilian dances, and the famous “Churrasco” barbecue. Another highlight was visiting the breathtaking Waterfalls of Iguaçu. It was an unforgettable meeting, in the hope of other similar ones around the whole globe.

The Petits Chanteurs de la Maîtrise du Cap, from Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada, had an unforgettable adventure during their tour of Portugal from June 23 to July 5, 2026.
They started in Porto, then headed to Mortágua, where they shared the stage with the Sílvia Marques Children’s Choir. In Fátima they performed during a Mass in the heart of its impressive basilica. The next day, the choir headed south through the landscapes of the Algarve. The tour concluded in Palmela, from where the choir traveled throughout the region, giving two memorable concerts in Cascais and Setúbal.
