The first American Congress will take place in Panama from December 27–30. Choirs can register through this link until March 20, 2026.

Introduction
Niños Cantores de San Miguelito is honored to welcome all choirs from the Americas and every continent who will participate in this fraternal gathering of music, faith, and culture. This guide compiles essential information to ensure an organized, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable experience for every child, youth, and accompanying adult.

Opening ceremony
Reception for FIPC executives, chaplains, and directors.
Prayer for peace
Mass of the Nations
Gala Concerts
Open-Air Concerts
Cultural Festival
Special Sightseeing Tours
Closing Eucharist.

Registration
Participating choirs must complete their registration by March 20 at 11:59 p.m. by filling out the following form:

Cost per participant: 60 USD
Includes:
Official accreditation
Congress participant kit (book, backpack, etc.)
Access to all conference activities
Sightseeing tour

Registration and payment deadlines
To ensure smooth logistics, the following deadlines have been established:
First payment (Reservation):
$20 per participant – Deadline: April 30, 2026
(This payment is non-refundable if the choir or participant decides not to attend the congress).
Second payment:
$40 per participant – Deadline: September 30, 2026
The choir will be officially registered upon completion of the $60 payment per participant.

Accommodations
The Pueri Cantores Panama organization will arrange accommodations for all registered choirs.

5-star hotel
Cost:
Triple Room: $45 per night per person (Queen bed + single bed)
Double Room: $55 per night per person (Queen-size bed)
Single Room: $100 per night. (Accommodation in a double bed)
All prices include taxes.
Accommodations available from December 26 to 31 (to facilitate check-ins and check-outs)
Includes:
Private bathroom.
TV and Wi-Fi
Buffet breakfast included
24-hour security
Access to: pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.
Metro station 30 meters away.
Metrobus stops 50 meters away.
Accommodation payments
First payment: 25% of the total number of nights requested – Deadline: June 15, 2026
Second payment: 35% of the total number of nights requested – Deadline: August 31, 2026
Third payment: remaining 40% – Deadline: October 31, 2026
Accommodation assignments will be made in the order in which payments are confirmed.
The account number will be shared on April 15, 2026.

Meals
Each choir may choose between meal plans offered by the accommodation venues or dining options in the area:
At the hotel (starting at $15 per meal)
At restaurants near the hotel (starting at $6 per meal)

Transportation
The city offers several modes of public transportation. (Metrobus, 25 cents, and Metro, between 35 and 50 cents). To pay for these two modes, you must purchase a card ($2) and load it with credit at the designated locations throughout the city. It is recommended that each participant have their own card.
Choirs wishing to hire private transportation services must submit a written request to the Congress organizing committee.
Transportation for the 3 tourist routes will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

Requirements for Choirs
Each choir must submit:
An official list of participants, which must be sent no later than April 30 to the email addressncsanmiguelito@gmail.com with the subject line: List – Name of the choir.
Valid passports with at least 6 months remaining validity.
Parental consent forms for minors, in accordance with the laws of your country.
Mandatory international health insurance for travel days and days before or after the Congress.
Requested repertoire for celebrations and concerts (to be sent in a technical circular in May 2026.
Commitment to discipline, punctuality, and care of the facilities.8. Protocol and Discipline

To ensure a safe and orderly environment, the following is required:
Strict adherence to schedules.
Respect for instructors, coordinators, and liturgical authorities.
Proper use of the choir uniform during celebrations.
No leaving activities without authorization from the director and the organizing committee.
Behavior consistent with the spirituality and tradition of Pueri Cantores
